Senior Manager, Data Integration

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Integration, to drive enterprise-wide data maturity and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a technical team, overseeing operations, task assignments, and fostering professional growth
• Lead the design and maintenance of a modernized ELT solution, ensuring data pipeline transparency and performance monitoring
• Expand the data governance program, standardizing processes and ensuring data quality and transparency across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data warehouse or application database development, analytics, or related fields
• 5+ years of active SQL coding experience, including developing and optimizing stored procedures
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level cloud data warehousing/ETL/ELT solutions
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business intelligence, data science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 2+ years of supervisory experience managing technical resources
