Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for designing data acquisition tools and delivering high-quality Data Management outputs
• Manage project timelines, risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Drive innovation in Data Management processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health-related sciences or relevant field; experience may substitute for education
• Minimum 7+ years of Data Management experience in the industry or CRO
• At least 3+ years of management experience
• Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of electronic data capture (EDC) systems
• Proven history of continuous improvement and ability to adapt to multiple data management platforms
