Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Data Platform to lead their Data Platform team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of engineers while ensuring data platform reliability
• Design and deliver production-grade infrastructure for data transformation and streaming
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics, customer success, and marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Data/Software Engineer focused on data pipelines or analytics infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams in platform and data disciplines
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL, with experience in building ETL/ELT jobs
• Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, and Terraform
• Experience with high-scale production data systems and AI tools like Snowflake Cortex
