Senior Manager, Data Platforms Reliability

Job Summary

Leading operational excellence for enterprise data platforms, the full-time Senior Manager, Data & AI Platforms Reliability will oversee production support, incident management, and continuous service improvement in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own production support for enterprise data platforms and lead incident, problem, change, and release management processes
• Manage day-to-day operations of Databricks Lakehouse and other enterprise data services, ensuring platform stability and performance
• Establish monitoring standards and implement automation to enhance operational reliability and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years supporting enterprise data platforms with 5+ years in technical operations or production support leadership
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake and Lakehouse architecture
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud data platforms, particularly Azure
• Expertise in SQL and performance tuning, along with experience in major incident management
