Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for the Data Processing function that supports organizational scale and operational efficiency
• Analyze current workflows for inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions
• Lead root-cause investigations and serve as the primary escalation point for data processing issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 years of management experience
• 4 years of experience in the genetic testing or healthcare industry
• 2-5 years of experience working in or directly with laboratory accessioning
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce
