Job Summary
Leading the evolution of the Data Protection and Cryptographic Services program, the full-time Senior Manager, Data Protection will define and execute a multi-year roadmap, establish data protection policies, and advise executive leadership on risk posture while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive roadmap for data protection and cryptographic services, enhancing the program's maturity
- Establish and enforce data protection policies and frameworks aligned with industry standards and best practices
- Lead the architecture and continuous improvement of the full Data Loss Prevention (DLP) ecosystem and manage vendor relationships for data protection tools
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a management role leading technical security teams
- Proven ability to build and mature security programs and influence cross-functional partners
- Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles and cloud-native data security architectures across major cloud platforms
- Hands-on experience with AI Security Posture Management tooling and relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, CISM)
- Experience with regulatory audits and certifications related to data protection
