Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Manager Data Science will drive advanced algorithm development and modeling solutions to address complex supply chain challenges while mentoring early-career data scientists and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of data scientists and engineers, ensuring project success and value delivery across multiple products
• Drive the development of algorithm capabilities within the supply chain domain and advocate for team success in higher-level business processes
• Engage in rapid prototyping and iterative experimentation to deliver impactful data science solutions

Required qualifications

• Master's or graduate degree in a quantitative discipline with 4+ years of work experience, or a bachelor's degree with 7+ years of equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in people leadership and managing cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in programming and modeling using R and Python
• Experience with advanced algorithm and optimization techniques
• Recognized expertise in the field of data science
