Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Datacenter Software - Firmware Release.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of software and firmware releases for rack-scale computing, ensuring high-quality standards
• Define release scope and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate firmware and software for customer use cases
• Monitor and report on release progress, enforcing quality metrics and identifying improvement opportunities in release processes

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in the software industry with a focus on system software and/or firmware development
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience in data center firmware development
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong understanding of computer system architecture and operating systems principles
• Proficiency in Python and Linux, with experience in CI/CD platforms
