Senior Manager Deal Desk

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Deal Desk to establish and manage a deal governance framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a single front door for PMRs and deal exceptions, ensuring accurate submissions
• Review, structure, and recommend deal outcomes based on policy and risk considerations
• Partner with Salesforce/CRM teams to build and maintain workflow automation and deliver reporting on key metrics

Required Qualifications

• Experience in deal desk, pricing, revenue operations, or sales operations
• Strong analytical and financial reasoning skills
• Ability to manage a high volume queue with strong follow-through
• Familiarity with Salesforce workflow and data requirements
• Strong operational judgment and documentation discipline
