Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Decision Science Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure project alignment and communication of objectives
• Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation, ensuring clarity and transparency of requirements and progress
• Develop and oversee resource plans, addressing technical needs and capacity to meet project goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field preferred
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 5+ years of team management experience
• 7+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of experience in SAFe and Scrum frameworks
