Senior Manager, Decision Science

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Decision Science will oversee the Marketplace Decision Science team, driving analyses and strategic initiatives to optimize supply and demand while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of decision scientists, fostering a culture of connection and results
• Conduct high-stakes analyses and set methodological standards for decision science initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define analytical priorities and communicate findings to executive leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, or economics
• 8+ years of product analytics or data science experience in a tech environment
• 2+ years of people management experience with responsibility for performance management
• Proven ability to design and analyze A/B tests to inform product decisions
• Strong business acumen with experience connecting data analysis to measurable outcomes
