Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 7+ years of client-facing or client support experience in benefits administration
- Experience managing teams within BPO and/or call center environments
- Strong background in defined benefit and/or defined contribution plan administration
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
