Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits Administration Services - Defined Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage defined benefit administration with a focus on client satisfaction, retention, and growth
  • Partner with clients and leadership to define business strategy and operational priorities
  • Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with service delivery standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7+ years of client-facing or client support experience in benefits administration
  • Experience managing teams within BPO and/or call center environments
  • Strong background in defined benefit and/or defined contribution plan administration
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
