Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager Global Capacity and Operational Planning (Community Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead demand forecasting and long-term planning strategy for multi-channel contact center operations
- Design and maintain demand forecasting models and analyze operational datasets for accuracy and capacity
- Mentor and develop planning analysts, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in demand forecasting, capacity planning, or applied analytics
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
- Hands-on experience with forecasting models and strong analytical skills in SQL and Python
- Strong understanding of contact center metrics and experience in global contact center environments preferred
