Senior Manager Denials Management

Job Summary

Leading a dedicated team, the full-time Senior Manager Denials Management will provide strategic direction, oversee operational performance metrics, and manage vendor relationships in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develops and executes action plans to enhance denial management performance and operational efficiency
• Analyzes trends in accounts receivable and denials to identify root causes and implement actionable improvements
• Coaches and develops team members, ensuring accountability for quality and timeliness of work

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle management
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes and payer policies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
