Senior Manager, Dental Operations

Job Summary

Leading day-to-day operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Dental Operations will oversee the Individual Dental business, ensuring operational performance, service delivery, and compliance while collaborating with various internal and external partners in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage operational performance and service delivery across the Individual Dental business, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Oversee enrollment, billing, and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all processes
• Lead customer operations activities, enhancing service quality and resolving escalated issues to maintain high customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, customer service, or healthcare administration
• Experience managing operational teams in regulated environments
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and outsourced functions
• Strong understanding of operational performance management and process improvement methodologies
