Job Summary
Leading portfolio governance and strategic initiative delivery, the full-time Senior Manager, Dental Portfolio will oversee project management practices and Agile execution within the Individual Dental organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the overall portfolio management function, ensuring initiatives align with strategic objectives and operational priorities
- Lead the PMO function to plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic business initiatives while establishing project management standards
- Provide oversight to Agile Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring effective backlog management and alignment with business priorities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in portfolio management, program management, or Agile delivery
- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale portfolios and organizational transformation efforts
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations
