Senior Manager, Deployment

Job Summary

To enhance global client deployment and adoption of Liquid AI Solutions, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Deployment will manage deployment tooling, optimize processes, and serve as a liaison across cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence and synthesizing client feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously improve global tooling, processes, and playbooks for client configuration and success
• Manage and analyze client feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Coordinate resolution of recurring client issues and ensure effective communication across technical and support teams

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in client deployment, client success operations, or product operations
• Experience in a global, cross-functional environment supporting SaaS or technology solutions
• Strong project management skills, including proficiency with JIRA
• Familiarity with client deployment processes and lifecycle management
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
