Senior Manager, Deployment Strategy

Job Summary

Leading strategy and execution for Digital + Technology Transformation deployment efforts, the full-time Senior Manager, Deployment Strategy will oversee edge case, new opening, and transition hotels in the Caribbean and Latin America, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated planning and implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the CALA Deployment Lead and BTO HQ leadership in delivering deployment strategies for edge cases and new openings
• Partner with various teams to maintain a comprehensive deployment plan and develop specific edge case plans for each deployment phase
• Drive alignment and execution of the deployment approach, ensuring hotel-specific needs are incorporated into change management and learning plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in hotel operations or program management
• 5+ years of experience in program management and/or implementation
• 2+ years of experience in hotel reservations, sales, revenue management, or rooms operations
• Experience in developing and executing change management and communication plans
• Strong analytical skills for planning, estimating, budgeting, and monitoring projects
