Senior Manager, DevOps

Job Summary

Leading a team of DevOps engineers and infrastructure professionals, the full-time Senior Manager, DevOps will oversee cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments, focusing on modernization and migration efforts to Microsoft Azure while ensuring operational excellence and reliability in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of DevOps engineers, SREs, and infrastructure engineers, establishing performance expectations and fostering a culture of collaboration
• Oversees the architecture and operational management of Microsoft Azure environments, ensuring high availability, security, and cost optimization
• Defines and implements enterprise DevOps strategies and automation practices, driving the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and containerization technologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Ten plus years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or infrastructure engineering
• Three plus years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure environments
• Five plus years of leadership or management experience in a technical setting
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Pulumi or Terraform
