Senior Manager, DevOps

Job Summary

Leading a team of DevOps engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, DevOps will balance leadership and hands-on engineering responsibilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and reliable platform capabilities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead performance management, growth planning, and career development for the DevOps team
• Own the DevOps team roadmap, including quarterly priorities and capacity planning
• Drive technical decisions and architecture reviews for CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and platform tooling

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or team lead capacity
• Deep experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform, including multi-account patterns within AWS Organizations
• Production experience operating Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and GitOps delivery
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, including security scanning and artifact management
• BS in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
