Senior Manager, Digital Accounts

Job Summary

Leading the Digital and Royalty Stream AR team, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Digital Accounts will oversee operational tasks related to invoices, collections, and cash application while managing relationships with digital service providers and ensuring compliance with revenue recognition standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage invoices, collections, cash application, and revenue assurance processes while forecasting cash flow and assessing risks
• Facilitate the setup and tracking of new accounts, maintaining relationships with DSPs and licensing partners
• Serve as the primary contact for various internal teams, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with SOX controls over the Digital portfolio

Required qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Finance Operations, revenue recognition, and accounts receivable processes
• Minimum of five years leading large teams, including outsourced resources
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and sub-towers like Customer Master Data and Billing
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
• Strong understanding of internal controls, data governance, and SOX compliance
