Senior Manager, Digital Accounts

Job Summary

Leading the Digital and Royalty Stream AR team, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Accounts will manage operational tasks related to invoices, collections, and cash application while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the Digital and Royalty Stream AR team's operational tasks, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
• Facilitate account setup and maintain relationships with DSPs and licensing partners for the Recorded Music and Publishing segments
• Provide risk analysis and manage the Risk Review schedule for the Digital portfolio

Required qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Finance Operations, shared services, or related OTC processes
• Minimum of five years in a leadership role managing large teams and outsourced resources
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and process knowledge of Customer Master Data, Billing, and Collections
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance
• Strong understanding of internal controls, data governance, and SOX compliance
