Job Summary
Leading the Digital Analytics team, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Analytics will develop reports and insights to support digital, marketing, and merchandising efforts, empowering partners to make data-driven decisions in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain digital KPI reporting, providing actionable insights across the organization
- Build reporting workspaces and educate business partners on analytics tools for self-service capabilities
- Analyze customer behavior trends and provide data-led recommendations to enhance traffic and conversion
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or software
- A minimum of 5 years in finance, analytics, or data science roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing analysts
- 5+ years of experience with click-stream analysis tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
- Bachelor's Degree required
