Job Summary
Managing the Digital Bank's client-facing technology platforms, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Experience Technical Specialist will leverage technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvements in digital account opening and online banking platforms in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Bank's self-service banking strategy aligned with business goals
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for digital account opening and online banking platforms
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical issues related to digital platforms while providing support to business partners and internal teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 6 years of technology experience, preferably in Financial Services and/or Banking
- At least 3 years of experience as a front-end or full-stack developer within financial services
- Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns and cloud computing principles
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL; experience with Python is highly preferred
