Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Customer Success or similar roles, with 3+ years in leadership
  • Experience in establishing digital delivery frameworks and self-service capabilities
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven customer experiences
  • Deep understanding of the post-sale customer lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
