Job Summary
Leading the digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Digital Enablement will translate business strategies into scalable digital operating models, manage the AUGment platform, and enhance cross-functional collaboration in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate AUEG Capability strategy into scalable operating models and business processes
- Oversee the delivery of the AUGment enhancement roadmap and lead business requirements and user acceptance testing
- Define the AUEG data strategy and establish meaningful business impact metrics and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and 2 years of business performance and digital enablement experience OR
- Master's degree and 6 years of business performance and digital enablement experience OR
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of business performance and digital enablement experience OR
- Associate's degree and 10 years of business performance and digital enablement experience OR
- High school diploma/GED and 12 years of business performance and digital enablement experience
