  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stage customer journeys tied to business outcomes
  • Deep understanding of product-led growth motions and activation metrics
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis and behavioral insights
  • Experience with global scale operations and regional optimization
