Senior Manager Digital Governance

Job Summary

Leading regulatory and compliance enablement initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager Digital Governance will design and execute capabilities to meet cybersecurity, data integrity, and financial control obligations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of compliance initiatives, translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans
• Lead cross-functional execution of compliance and governance initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders
• Drive the design and implementation of monitoring and reporting practices to enhance compliance visibility and performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, governance, or compliance roles
• Experience leading cross-functional compliance initiatives and teams
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF and SOX
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business processes and performance indicators
