Job Summary
Leading the digitization journey in manufacturing, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Manufacturing will manage the governance model for digital tools, act as the chief architect for application development, and partner with IT to enhance shop-floor execution in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the governance model for Tulip and other manufacturing digital tools, ensuring standards and data expectations are met
- Act as the chief architect for Tulip application development, focusing on app design, data models, and user experience
- Define the roadmap for future AI use cases, enhancing manufacturing and quality workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, quality systems, or digital manufacturing
- Strong background in manufacturing, engineering, quality, or digital transformation
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT
- Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments, preferably in medical devices
