Job Summary
Managing the operational cadence of the Digital Experience team, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Experience Operations will oversee launch planning, intake management, and cross-functional execution to drive customer acquisition and commercial growth in a fully remote role.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Digital Experience team's operational cadence, including roadmap planning and performance reporting
- Manage the end-to-end web intake and prioritization process, ensuring stakeholder alignment and backlog governance
- Drive improvements in the brief-to-launch cycle time through process optimization and operational transparency
Required qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in digital operations, web operations, or digital experience management
- Experience managing launch cadence, CMS governance, and cross-functional web execution at scale
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and experimentation workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex digital programs such as brand migrations or replatforming initiatives
- Experience collaborating across design, development, analytics, marketing, and product teams
