Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager-Digital Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of new capabilities, features, and products for the Consumer business
• Conduct concept development, feasibility assessments, and oversee end-to-end customer experience design
• Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Self-starter with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading teams in a highly matrixed organization
• Comfort with technology and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong understanding of lending and card business drivers
• Experience with product ownership in an agile or scaled agile delivery environment is a plus
