Job Summary

To define and scale enterprise lineage capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager Digital Product will lead the vision and roadmap for automated lineage across diverse technology stacks, ensuring regulatory compliance and data quality in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise lineage vision and multi-year roadmap
• Drive end-to-end lineage stitching across applications, processing layers, cloud platforms, and reporting systems
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish lineage as the enterprise standard and measure its impact

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise data platforms or distributed data systems
• Deep technical understanding of lineage mechanics and transformation logic interpretation
• Experience in highly regulated financial or enterprise environments
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
• Strong executive presence with the ability to translate technical depth into business impact
