Senior Manager, Digital Product

Job Summary

To drive enterprise lineage capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Product will define and execute a multi-year roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise lineage vision and multi-year roadmap
• Drive end-to-end lineage stitching across applications, processing layers, cloud platforms, and reporting systems
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Risk, Compliance, Data Offices, and Engineering to drive adoption and measurable impact

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise data platforms, lineage, metadata, or distributed data systems
• Deep technical understanding of lineage mechanics, including parsing engines and column-level traceability
• Experience operating in highly regulated, complex financial or enterprise environments
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional engineering and governance teams
• Strong executive presence with the ability to translate technical depth into business impact
