Job Summary
Driving the servicing strategy for new digital products, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Product will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable servicing processes and ensure readiness for product launches.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end servicing strategy for new digital products, proactively identifying needs and shaping solutions
- Design and implement scalable servicing standards and self-service capabilities, maintaining a robust product servicing knowledge base
- Act as a strategic partner to product and technology teams, ensuring seamless execution through user acceptance testing and addressing servicing implications
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development, product operations, or servicing strategy
- Proactive self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and ability to operate independently
- Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for improving servicing experiences
- Experience working with technical and product development teams is a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
