Senior Manager, Digital Product
Job Summary
Driving the vision and strategy for technology products within the Global Risk and Compliance organization, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Product will lead new product development, manage cross-functional teams, and enhance user experience for risk management solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and drive the product roadmap while applying competitive best practices
- Collaborate with risk managers and engineers to execute delivery and prioritize the feature backlog
- Identify use cases and craft end-to-end user flows based on business requirements
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Technology, or equivalent preferred
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in risk management subject areas
- Strong strategic problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality
