Senior Manager, Digital Product
Job Summary
Driving the modernization of the Authorization platform, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Product Management will manage the product backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver digital solutions that enhance transaction processing capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while engaging with partners to identify growth opportunities
- Manage the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution, closely partnering with business and engineering teams
- Coach and mentor Product Owners, ensuring high-quality user stories and effective sprint planning
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience as a product owner or manager within a digital product development team
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- Network Authorization background preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills for influencing cross-functional stakeholders
