Job Summary
Driving the servicing strategy for new digital products, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Product Management will proactively identify needs, shape solutions, and ensure readiness for product launches while collaborating with various stakeholders across Digital Product Development and Operations.
Key responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end servicing strategy for new digital products, ensuring effective launch readiness
- Design and implement scalable servicing standards and processes, including a robust product servicing knowledge base
- Act as a strategic partner to product and technology teams, translating business needs into clear feature requirements and ensuring seamless execution
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development, product operations, or servicing strategy
- Strong customer-first mindset with a passion for improving servicing experiences
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Experience working with technical and product development teams is a plus
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
