Senior Manager, Digital Product Management

Job Summary

Driving the definition and delivery of enterprise Reference Data Management capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Product Management will partner with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable data solutions while ensuring compliance with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for Reference Data domains, including requirements definition and process design
• Translate business, regulatory, and operational needs into actionable requirements and data specifications
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in business analysis, data management, or related roles within financial services or complex enterprises
• Deep understanding of Reference Data Management concepts, including data standardization and lifecycle management
• Strong experience with data governance frameworks and data quality principles
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field required
