Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics for AI Ops products, focusing on incident detection, triage, and self-healing automation
- Translate operational needs into product requirements and user journeys, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with customer value
- Drive adoption of AI Ops capabilities through enablement plans, stakeholder communications, and tracking of product KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
