Senior Manager, Digital Program Management

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Digital Program Management, this full-time remote position will lead portfolio and program management practices, drive executive governance frameworks, and coach Program Management Office team members to ensure successful digital platform delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, coach, and develop a team of Go-to-Market Program Managers and Release Train Engineers, managing performance and career growth
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to define portfolio visions, construct execution roadmaps, and manage schedules for business success
• Design and execute executive reporting governance forums to align senior leadership and track strategic goals through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in a Program Manager role, with a preference for Portfolio Management experience
• 10+ years of proficiency in a digital technology industry role with strong knowledge of digital technology systems
• Proven managerial experience leading and developing multiple related teams
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, or equivalent certification, with experience in both waterfall and agile project management models
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is a plus
