Job Summary
Leading healthcare transformation projects, the full-time Senior Manager, Digital Strategy will manage project teams, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and mentor junior staff while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Manage overall project execution, balancing client and team contributions to achieve objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging healthcare insights to guide clients effectively
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues, enhancing their skills and professional development
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with healthcare providers on strategic initiatives, preferably in consulting
- Experience with healthcare provider digital and IT environments, including major clinical and enterprise platforms
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their implications for healthcare providers
- Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) or equivalent experience in developing business cases and strategic recommendations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Tableau is a plus
