Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the regional digital technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Leverage data analytics to monitor site performance and drive continuous improvements in digital initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital technology, eCommerce, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing cross-functional technical teams
• Strong background in Agile methodologies, with expertise in SCRUM frameworks
• Proven experience managing eCommerce platforms and digital project delivery
• Hands-on experience with data analytics and site performance monitoring
