Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Digital Technology to lead a team responsible for delivering innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~10 direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Drive the design and implementation of digital technology initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to co-create solutions that enhance the customer journey and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Psychology, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience with 5+ additional years
• 10+ years of experience in people leadership roles, managing large, geographically dispersed teams
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects, particularly digital, user-facing solutions
• Experience with digital platforms, journey mapping, and usability principles
• Strong stakeholder management skills
