Senior Manager Direct Materials

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Direct Materials - Blood Filtration and Membrane.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies to support current and future portfolios
• Coach direct reports and ensure they meet targets aligned with business objectives
• Lead supplier selection for New Product Initiatives and propose alternate materials during the product life cycle

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or related field; MBA is desirable
• 8-10 years of diversified procurement and operational experience
• Knowledge of relevant PC software applications (SAP, Power BI, Ariba)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others
• Effective project management and negotiation skills
