Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies based on market knowledge and competitive landscape

• Lead supplier selection for New Product Initiatives and manage supplier performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8-10 years of diversified procurement and operational experience
• Proficiency in relevant PC software applications (SAP, Power BI, Ariba)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others
• Effective project management and negotiation skills
