A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Direct Materials - Blood Filtration and Membrane.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global category strategies to support product portfolios
• Coach direct reports and ensure team targets align with business objectives
• Lead supplier selection for New Product Initiatives and manage supplier performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Accounting, or a related field; MBA is desirable
• 8-10 years of diversified procurement and operational experience
• Proficient in relevant PC software applications (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Ariba)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence others
• Effective project management and solid negotiation skills
