Key Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, direction, and execution of Regional Distribution Services Support teams, providing coaching and support to team leaders
• Communicate organizational vision and values, setting a service culture focused on efficiency and continuous improvement
• Act as a senior escalation point for hotel support, guiding process improvements and leveraging technology for enhanced operations

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in lodging or travel distribution, technology, product management, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
• Experience with lodging distribution systems and revenue management systems
• Proven track record in technology and operations management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
