Senior Manager DRG Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing analytics team, the full-time Senior Manager DRG Data Analyst will retrieve and analyze medical health claim data to evaluate product utilization trends and develop cost-effective services, working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pull and integrate data from various sources, including claims and membership data
- Perform quality assurance reviews on data and document findings for internal teams
- Interpret and present key findings to stakeholders while coordinating issue resolution related to attribution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years of hands-on data analysis experience
- 5-7 years of medical claim experience with knowledge of inpatient MS-DRG/APR-DRG payments
- Strong experience with healthcare insurance data and business tools for querying large datasets (e.g., SQL)
- Experience with coding in HIVE, SQL, and Python
