Senior Manager, DSNP Bid Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of DSNP bid strategy, the full-time Senior Manager, DSNP Bid Strategy will ensure compliant and competitive submissions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees the strategy, execution, and submission of DSNP bids across various states and plan years
• Interprets CMS guidance and collaborates with multiple departments to ensure bid accuracy and compliance
• Conducts bid reviews and risk assessments to identify potential exposures and supports executive decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master's preferred
• Seven (7) years of DSNP Product Experience required
• Five (5) years of DSNP Bid Support/Experience required
• Five (5) years of experience leading DSNP initiatives required
• Proven ability to manage projects with substantial budgets and lead large project teams effectively
