Senior Manager, DTC Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, HOKA DTC Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of merchandise planners
• Bridge commercial goals with operational capabilities and align with strategic initiatives
• Own the creation and execution of DTC sales and inventory plans across channels

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or finance within a retail environment
• 6+ years of people leadership experience managing a team of 4 or more
• Hands-on experience managing both brick & mortar and eCommerce businesses with at least $300M in annual revenue
• Proven ability to drive and deliver against financial targets through analysis and planning
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in data-heavy environments
